4/6: Just brewed a special Cream Ale for some friend's daughter's college graduation party. It should be ready first weekend of May. Not sure any of it will make it to the pub, but will post how it turns out. Hopefully a growler or two will be available.
3/25: Big Spruce IPA: The spruce notes has become more pronounced as it has aged. Just like I was hoping. Brewed with three different hops and just a touch of juniper berries. 7% ABV. / 54 IBU
For those that would like a break from the brew, a new wine is ready to go once the Black Cherry has run out. First time for this flavor... Blackberry. UPDATE: NOW ON TAP.

- Lake Superior Winter IPA: West Coast IPA with some hop bitterness. Cascade, Centennial, and Chinook hops with heaps of citrus, piney, and floral notes.
- Blackberry Wine :Packed with intense fruit flavors of refreshing blackberry. A light-bodied, sweet red wine with an alcohol level of 7% by volume.

King Pulsar Pachislo Machine is a Japanese skill-stop slot machine. It is similar to traditional (auto-stop) slot machines, except with Pachislo, the player uses three buttons to stop the reels, which requires some skill. The machine accepts tokens and features an LCD screen, music and extra reels, which enhances the standard reel play. The spin knob on a Pachislo machine is located on the front of the cabinet – instead of a handle on the side on a traditional slot machine. With a little luck you just might hit the Big Bonus Round!
